Update, Bachelor #5
Today, I went on date #3 with bachelor #5. Let me first say, he is a really nice guy and I mean it. However, after date #2 there was something about it I could not put my finger on. After friday and saturday conversations, I put my finger on it. He is too obsessed with making money in his e-business. Granted, money is helpful in many ways but to me it should not be the focus. That is all he talked about on the phone to the point I wanted to cry. Recently, I have tried to work on not being soooo blunt. So, I let him talk. Let me tell you, it was painful but I shut my mouth. Making sure that I was not being unreasonable, I went on date #3 which was a hike. A very long 3 hours I may add. Although he was very complimentary about my figure or my calves nothing is there for me. Do you want to know the worst part? He’s not funny. Granted, I think I am a lot more funny than I am. But I do describe myself as kooky (in a good way of course). What’s the result? I now need to let him down gently and move on to #6. However, it will not be from Match.com. I am going to find a way to let nature takes it course if it is at Stop & Shop or local coffee shop. Why settle? I am 34 years old and if I waited this long than I can wait for what I want. I need someone employed (obviously), funny, not too serious (but can be serious when need)ed and someone I enjoy being with. I think I am a bit of a catch. Soo, if you like sports, willing to teach me golf and are funny call me. What do I have to loose? If you are too serious, please move on. Thank you for listening to my rant.
